The problem
LinkedIn Sales Navigator exports use column names like "First Name", "Last Name", "Title" — but HubSpot's importer requires specific field names and throws errors on anything it doesn't recognise.
What Mappd does
Mappd maps LinkedIn's export columns to HubSpot's required format, lowercases all email addresses, trims whitespace, and strips columns that cause HubSpot to reject the file.
Column transformations
First Name → First Name (trimmed)
Last Name → Last Name (trimmed)
Email Address → Email (lowercased, but blank for most LinkedIn connections)
Company → Company
Position → Job Title (LinkedIn calls it Position, not Title)
Connected On → Create Date (ISO 8601)
